Double Leg Hip Extension Home Workout

Start the double leg hip extension by lying on the ground on your back, with your knees bent at forty five degrees. Raise your hips until your body is lifted off the ground and straight. Hold for 3 seconds, then lower your body to the ground. Do this routine 5 times.

Kneeling Push Ups Home Workout

Assume the push up position, with your hands next to your shoulders and using your knees as the pivot point for your push ups. Slowly push up, hold and lower. Do this for 5 repetitions.

Single Leg Hip Extension Home Workout

The single leg hip extension is similar to the double you have already seen above. Lay on the ground on your back, with your knees bent at forty five degrees. This time raise your left leg up so it is pointing toward the ceiling. Now, raise your hips until your body is straight. Hold for 3 seconds, and then lower your body to the ground. Do this routine 5 times.

Planks Home Workout

Turn over on the ground, similar to a push up position, and support your body on your elbows and toes. Hold this position for 10 seconds.

Side Plank Home Workout

Finally, get your body side on, on the floor. Raise yourself up on your elbow, so you form a triangle with the floor. Hold for 10 seconds. Then reverse sides.
